How does it work?
After having translated the legal document, the translator takes an oath, testifying that he has complied with the original content and that he has translated it without ulterior motives, omissions or formal defects.
This oath is formalized on a declaration called a translation affidavit, which must be delivered together with the original documents and the translation at the Registry of the Court.

Following the affixing of some court stamps, revenue stamps and the signature of the translator and the registrar, it officially becomes a sworn translation of full legal value. Afterward, we mail out the translation by courier to your home/office without the need to come to our offices.
